How can I place an order?
* Orders can be placed 24 hours a day using our PayPal order page & shopping cart or on our dental equipment webshop: www.dent-all.nl
* Sales representatives are also available at +31-(0)20-3450505 , 09.00 - 17.00, Monday - Friday.
* Orders can also placed by faxing to +31-(0)20-3458898
* Orders can also placed by sending an Email to: sales@ergonoptix.com
Ordering with the Paypal shopping cart:
Ordering and payment through the PayPal system is available for 55 countries world wide. See the list of Paypal active countries here:
If your country is not on the list of PayPal active countries, please place your order through www.dent-all.nl, and select "bank transfer" as payment option. We will contact you to discuss other payment options.
When using the ErgonoptiX Paypal shopping page, you have the option to order in Euro, or order in USD. Select your preferred currency, and continue.
* Selecting items:
Next to each product on the order page, you will find an "add to cart" button. Clicking on this button will add the item to your virtual shopping cart. This does not mean you must purchase the item you have chosen! You can still change the content of your shopping cart before you finalize the order and you must still go through the checkout procedure before the order is complete.
* Changing quantity / deleting items in the shopping cart:
Clicking the "View Cart" button (top of the page), will display the content of your virtual shopping cart. Here you can review, change quantity or delete your chosen items.
For changing the quantity, type the desired quantity under "Quantity", then click "Update Cart"
For deleting an item, select the "remove" box next to the item, then click "Update Cart"
From here you can continue shopping or proceed with the checkout procedure.
Order confirmation:
After completing the order process using the Paypal Cart, you will automatically be forwarded to the secured Paypal site, for providing your complete shipping & payment details. once this process is complete, you will receive the first confirmation by e-mail (to the e-mail address you have provided), confirming your order was placed correctly.
After personally reviewing your order, we will send you a second confirmation, containing final details regarding expected delivery times, shipping and any other relevant details.

Free shipping - World Wide:
* The Netherlands:
All orders above 200.- euro, are shipped free of charge by Priority Post.
* Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany:
All orders above 300.- euro, are shipped free of charge by Priority Post.
* Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany:
All orders above 500.- euro, are shipped free of charge by UPS.
* Rest of the world:
All orders above 450.- USD, are shipped free of charge by Priority Post.
Express:
Our preferred express shipping method is by UPS "standard" + insured, (about 1-3 days depending on your location).
For most European countries this is the best option. For other countries, this may be too expensive.
Standard:
It is also possible to ship by TPG post for a cheaper service but longer delivery times (2-12 days, depending on your location).
For some remote countries this is a good solution to avoid extreme shipping costs.
* If you have a different shipping preference or an account with another shipping company, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We Accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal payment (you will receive instructions during or directly after the ordering process)
- Credit card payment through the PayPal system (with or without having a PayPal account)
- Direct bank transfer (when ordering through www.dent-all.nl)

New customers are required to make full payment in advance.
Existing customers:
Existing customers may have the option of payment after delivery, depending on agreements made.
VAT (BTW) & other taxes:
All prices mentioned on our website are EXCLUSIVE VAT (BTW) sales tax (19%)
* Customers in NON EU member countries, will not be charged VAT (BTW).
* Customers in EU member countries (except The Netherlands), who provide a valid VAT (BTW) registration number, will not be charged VAT (BTW).
* If you are ordering to an EU member country, and you do not have valid VAT (BTW) registration number, you will be charged 19% VAT (BTW).
